Why this app exists

Our eldest was still awake at 10 pm and we were wrecked. Seven nights of tracking showed too much daytime sleep. We shortened the midday nap, and since then both kids are asleep by 7 pm. That's what the app is for.

Track sleep

Fell asleep, woke up — that's all you have to tap at night.

  • Log falling asleep and waking up with two taps
  • Multiple children with their own colors and animal avatars
  • History and clear daily summaries

Sleep demand & forecast

The app measures your child's actual sleep demand — from their own data, no norm tables.

  • Live forecast during naps: “Wake Emma by 1:40 pm, or tonight will be ~9 pm.”
  • Optional wake-by alarm at the computed time
  • Everything is computed on-device — none of it in the cloud

White noise

Built-in white-noise player for falling asleep.

  • Seamless looping, even with the screen off
  • Sleep timer: 15, 30 or 60 minutes
  • Play your own audio files if you prefer

Two parents, one view

Connect a second device in seconds via QR code. Both phones always see the same data — synced encrypted.

Privacy

  • No account, no email address — open the app and start
  • End-to-end encrypted: the server only ever stores ciphertext. Nobody but you can read your child's sleep data.
  • No ads, no third-party analytics SDKs
  • Export your data anytime, delete everything right in the app

For advanced users: a custom server URL for self-hosting is supported.

Deliberately simple

No streaks, no push reminders, no subscription nagging. Just what tired parents actually need at night.
